Description
If you paddle north from Montague Harbour you will meet a legendary Douglas Fir the perches on an impossibly small point. I imagine that it’s curvy beauty is whispered about by trees in the forest. “It hardly has a branch missing from the onslaught of winter storms, even the great storm of December 2018!” This achievement in the face of adversity is an example to us all.
