Description
Our yard is a playground in the snow. We share a hushed moment with a piliated woodpecker to drink it all in and then we all get to work. The woodpecker about his business and Ben and I walk down the road shaking the snow load off the young trees along the driveway. Bowed down to the earth under their loads, they spring up with a shower of glittering diamonds and all is well.
