Description
There are a few paintings each year that I complete at the Galiano Saturday market. The tunes of the market musicians capture my paintbrush as it moves across the canvas. Sandstone Medley at Bellhouse Park is one of them, spanning two years in the making, the fall of 2022 and the spring of 2023. Inspired by the honeycomb sandstone creations on the point of Bellhouse Park facing Bellhouse Bay.
