I love to paint at the Galiano Island Saturday Market and like to pick a scene that is familiar to me so I can let my paintbrush move freely to the rhythms of the musicians that perform so generously for us each week. This lovely arbutus captured my heart this summer while camping at Dionisio Point Provincial Park and was a perfect subject for September Saturdays.
